all she needed was warmth….a lap to crawl into….arms to embrace her….sweaters that smelled like the men who had offered her comfort in the past….a fireplace, a candle, a glass of scotch or a bowl of soup….offering warmth from within or from outside of her….anything to take away the ice coursing through her veins in response to every day life. all she needed was...
